I am an artist, living and working in South Cumbria .
Although I’ve enjoyed travelling abroad for many years I have always been inspired to paint the beauty of my own country, especially the Lake District, the Wye Valley and also the Highlands of Scotland.
I find woodlands almost magical places and this is reflected in much of my work. Many of my paintings are of dusks, dawns and ethereal mists that drift through the valleys.
Trying to capture these fleeting images has been my life’s work. It is hoped that you are inspired by them as much as I am.
